You need to register and prepare a final, trouble-free, camera-ready version of your paper by the specified in your acceptance letter deadline, in order for your paper to be included in the published volume of Proceedings of BICA 2017 or Fierces 2017. You need to upload your final camera-ready version (the PDF plus all the source files) via EasyChair using the following link (submissions cannot be processed by email). IMPORTANT: Do not create a new submission. Instead, you should go to the Proceedings section in EasyChair. If you have problems getting there, contact Alexandr Panov (email@example.com).
You need to register in order for your presentation to be included in the Program. One registration payment is required per publication and per presentation. Papers accepted for publication should be formatted accordingly and submitted to the Proceedings section in EasyChair using the above link. Instructions for preparation of the final camera-ready versions of accepted papers for the Elsevier open-access journal “Procedia Computer Science” (indexed in Web of Science and Scopus) follow below:
Papers tentatively accepted for publication in the BICA Journal need to be submitted via the BICA Journal web site (please indicate in your cover letter that your paper is accepted for BICA 2017), in addition to their submission via EasyChair using the specified Procedia formatting. This is necessary for them to be included in the locally distributed electronic volume of BICA 2017 Proceedings (which by itself is not a publication).
The two BICA events in 2017 offer top-level publication venues for a conference, while also allowing participation without a paper. To submit a paper, an abstract or a symposium/workshop proposal to BICA 2017 or to FIERCES on BICA 2017, please go to the general submission site:
All the BICA 2017 and FIERCES on BICA 2017 papers and abstracts will be included in the electronic volume of proceedings distributed to the conference participants (this volume will not constitute a separate publication). Additionally, papers will be published in one of the three official BICA 2017 and FIERCES on BICA 2017 venues:

None of the initial submission is required to be camera-ready. However, all final paper submissions must be in a camera-ready form prepared based on the provided Procedia or Springer templates. This is necessary for the production of the combined electronic volume of BICA 2017 proceeding. All final source files should be submitted together with the PDF: the Publisher may need to typeset your paper. Color illustrations are acceptable and do not require a separate payment.
While we ask you to select a publication venue preference during submission, the final publication venue for each accepted paper will be assigned by the Program Committee based on the paper quality and content, taking into account Authors’ preference and Reviewers’ recommendations.
Concerning papers accepted for the BICA Journal: after acceptance and registration payment, authors will be asked to submit their papers via the BICA Journal web site (please indicate in your cover letter that your paper is accepted for BICA 2017). Before doing that, authors will be required to conform to the BICA Journal Guide for Authors, e.g., reformat their references in the APA style and upload all figures as separate, high-resolution vector-graphic files (this is not required at the time of initial submission). In addition, the final Procedia-style-formatted version of the paper should be uploaded to EasyChair. There are no extra page fees for the BICA Journal papers.
